Tell it on Tuesday celebrates the expression of individual storytelling and solo performance. Coming together as a community to share works crafted by theater artists and storytellers, we provide an East Bay home to the solo performer.

ABOUT US

Producers

Bridget Frederick came to solo performance in a roundabout way, but has written and performed four pieces in her exploration. She teaches Iyengar yoga in Berkeley and Oakland and manages grantwriting for several small non-profit arts organizations.

Rebecca Fisher teaches theater with Creative Arts Education and at The Marsh. Her solo show “The Magnificence of the Disaster” was created as part of the 2007 Marsh Performance Initiative, enjoyed a successful three month run at The Marsh and has since gone on tour. Recently, Fisher was a member of the 2009 Marsh Performance Initiative where she began work on, and performed extracts from “Memphis on My Mind.” www.rebeccamfisher.com
